Be your own idol.
The world is full of demons or those who relish in cruelty. So be your own idol!

It is okay to walk away from toxic people and situations, walk away without looking back.
It is okay to walk away from toxic people and situations. In fact, it’s often necessary for your well-being. Choosing to step away doesn't mean you're weak, unkind, or giving up. It means you value your peace, your mental health, and your growth. You don’t owe anyone an explanation for protecting yourself. Setting boundaries is not abandonment — it's self-respect. Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is walk away without looking back.

Cruelty consistently framed or said to be positive
We must question the stories we’re told about what love, leadership, and truth look like. Kindness doesn’t mean weakness. Compassion can be fierce. Boundaries can be firm without being cruel.
Healing begins when we stop calling harm “help.”
