Liberation from the negative can roar through bass lines!

The path to take back your peace from all the negative surrounding us doesn’t require quiet, serene, "healing" sounds unless that works for you.

Liberation can roar through bass lines, rhythms, guitar riffs, protest anthems, hip-hop, cumbia, punk, jazz, metal, old school funk, or any beat that shakes the weight off your body.

Movement is medicine.
Wiggling in your chair.
A head nod that turns into a shoulder roll.
A stomp that turns into a sway.
A laugh that cracks open the tension.
A breath that rides the rhythm instead of silence.

It's all sacred.

Ritual of Release (Your Way)

  • Hit play on the music that reminds you you’re alive.

  • Let your body move—big or small—however it needs.

  • Breathe with it: “Inhale — I call my power back. Exhale — I shake off what’s not mine.”

  • Let joy, silliness, anger, or defiance move through your body as truth-telling.

Sometimes the healing isn’t soft. Sometimes it’s stomping, shaking, laughing, cursing, dancing, and remembering:

“I exist. I resist. I persist.”
